The first thing to do is to check around your home. Shipping carriers sometimes place packages out of direct view in an attempt to keep them safe, so check behind planters, bushes, etc. to see if it has just been hidden. Also, check with other members of your household to see if someone collected it without letting you know (you'd be shocked how often this happens). If you live in an apartment, consult with your front office to see if it was delivered there.
If your order has still not turned up and. you selected Package Protection through Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages here. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
If you did not select Package Protection at checkout please contact the company who delivered your order with your tracking number to file a claim. For those orders shipped with FedEx, you can submit a claim here. They will contact the delivery driver to investigate. Often times it is discovered they delivered to an incorrect address on accident and are able to locate and correctly deliver your order.
If Route Package Protection was not selected at checkout, we will be unable to refund/reship orders that are lost or stolen.
