The first thing to do is check around your home. Shipping carriers sometimes "hide" packages in an attempt to keep them safe, so check behind planters, bushes, etc. to see if it has just been hidden. Also, check with other members of your household to see if someone collected it without letting you know (you'd be shocked how often this happens). If you live in an apartment, consult with your front office to see if it was delivered there.
If your order has still not turned up, please contact the company who delivered your order (UPS in the contiguous states) with your tracking number to file a claim. For those orders shipped with UPS, you can submit a claim here. They will contact the delivery driver to investigate. Often times it is discovered they delivered to an incorrect address on accident and are able to locate and correctly deliver your order.
