We have put a lot of effort into ensuring the quality of our craftsmanship and raw materials, so much so that we encourage you to try Made In for 100 days* on your first purchase** from us. Get the pots and pans, start cooking, and if you don't love the product get in touch with us for a full refund (we'll even pay for shipping, too***). We'll add, we often find a lot of a customer's issues can be cured through standard care procedures that can be found on our blog. The most common issues are improper use of heat (articles here and here), rainbow stain/heat tint (here), and how to clean (here).
*The 100-day warranty does not apply to non stick coatings, external wraps, or the universal lid. Please see exclusions below.
**For subsequent purchases after your first purchase, the 100-day trial does not apply. We will still honor free returns of unused items for 30 days after purchase and pay for return shipping.
***Please note that we cannot accept free returns from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do, however, happily honor the same policy of returns within 100 days from these areas.
Our universal lid, non stick frying pans, or pans with external wraps can be returned for a full refund within the first 30 days if unused. Any universal lids, non stick frying pans, or pans with external wraps purchased between November 1st and December 31st will have a 60 day return window if unused.
While we stand behind our cookware, we cannot stand behind products that are damaged as a result of improper use. We do not accept returns for cookware that has damage beyond “normal wear and tear”.
