Start by checking the packing list in your delivery to ensure all the pieces on this shipment are included. Any backordered items will be noted on the packing slip and sent to you in a later shipment.
Due to out of stock items, we will sometimes send your cookware in multiple packages. Any preordered items will ship on or around the date noted on the product page at time of purchase and in your order confirmation email. Any backordered items will be noted on your packing slip and fulfilled when the item is back in stock.
