Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we send it to our warehouse immediately. With good cookware comes great food, and our team works tirelessly to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you have any changes you would like to make to your order, we have a short window of time to process these and encourage you to reach out immediately so our team can do our best to process these!
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit orders after they are placed. Please know that our team of real people will do our best to accommodate these changes or assist with setting up an appropriate return or exchange if we can’t catch it before it ships.
